Chartwell is a firm of chartered surveyors, registered valuers, real estate agents, project managers, property managers, retail/shopping centre consultants and international property consultants. Chartwell is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. The professional practice was established in 1973.

The Group is led by three senior and experienced directors who have over 70 years experience in the local and international valuation and real estate industry.
