B) JS Mahir Sdn Bhd in association with Hilt & Associates, are multi-disciplinary professional engineering firms with offices in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, with special focus in energy, power, process, plant and other mechanical, electrical, fire (i.e. MEPSF) services environmental and infrastructure projects.  Their expertise also extends to the specialist area of techno-economic and due diligence studies of energy, power and environmental engineering.  The firms are registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia and Singapore Board of Engineers respectively.
