The entire course has been designed to provide practical marketing knowledge and fast start in the listing and selling of properties. This course is further reinforced by role-playing to stimulate as closely as possible the prospecting and selling situations in which they are likely to find themselves in the workplace. - Property Valuation Training Course For Beginners & Fresh Graduates.
A comprehensive and practical course to prepare beginners and fresh graduates to get the grips of the nuts and bolts of property valuation work. At the end of the course, participants should be able to undertake simple valuation assignments without too much supervision and refine their skills as their feet becomes more firmly planted in their day-to-day work. - Understanding and Interpreting Valuation Reports For Credit Officers
