Based in Melbourne, Australia Joseph has been in the property industry since mid-2003, a Certified Practising Valuer since 2008 and a Licensed Estate Agent and a Vendors / Buyers Advocate since 2017.
In his pre-property career spanning from 1985 to 2003, he held senior management positions (including as Managing Director, Executive Director and Country Director) in multi-national and public-listed companies involved in manufacturing, distribution and import/export of various building products and engineering materials. He has also been a shareholder and director of several businesses including an IT training institute, a health and beauty centre with 20 branches and a polymer composite wholesale and distribution company.
Joseph is currently the principal of his own valuation practice, a senior partner in his real estate firm and the managing director of his buyers/vendors advocacy company.
His property career spans the areas of valuation, development feasibility and sale and purchase advisory of residential, commercial and industrial properties for private and corporate clients. Joseph has prepared valuation reports and served as an expert witness for the courts such as the Family Court of Australia; Federal Magistrate Court of Australia; and Supreme Court of Victoria. His reports have also been used by government departments such as the Australian Taxation Office; State Revenue Office; Centrelink (Services Australia); and Department of Immigration and Border Protection (now under the Department of Home Affairs). Many accounting and legal firms have also used his services, so have developers, builders, real estate agents, migration agents, lenders, investors and numerous private owners. Joseph also provides personalised property acquisition services to high net worth individuals and investors.
Joseph has lived in Australia for almost 30 years. He currently lives in Melbourne with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys good food and games with his family. He is a strong supporter of disadvantaged children in Third World countries through World Vision and Compassion International.
